RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If breakage occurs before delivery, we will offer a replacement or a credit on the return of the broken item. Breakages must be notified by email and phone within three working days. The broken goods are to be returned within a further 7 days from notification.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order prior to the item(s) being dispatched. Please contact Graveney Gin in order to confirm it has been cancelled and next steps. You are responsible for the collection costs and safe return of the canceled goods to our head office.
