THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER:
You must be aged 18 years or over and have completed the login procedure before item(s) are dispatched to you. You are entirely responsible for the safekeeping of your user name and password and all orders you have previously placed. You must notify us immediately of any known unauthorised user or any other possible breach in security you suspect.
Graveney Gin Ltd complies with all conditions of The Data Protection Act 1998.
UK MAINLAND DELIVERY
You undertake and are responsible to ensure that all deliveries are taken by person/s aged 18 or over. A gift to a third party is only acceptable if that person is 18 or over.
Deliveries are made during Royal Mail delivery standards terms and sent by Second Class unless First Class has been paid for separately. Telephone numbers must be given for the recipient goods. Goods are not able to be returned after the signing of a delivery other than those which are faulty or damaged. Upon proof of faulty goods, please email firstname.lastname@example.org these will receive a full refund or a replacement, which will be re-dispatched free of charge.
Where specific courier instructions are given e.g. leave by black bin etc, you are entirely responsible for goods being received where our delivery solution have a POD (proof of delivery), and/or inform us that the goods were 'left as instructed'. You must ensure that any specific courier instructions given are correct, that the information provided ensures a safe and accurate delivery. Any goods which go 'missing' after the delivery is made will not be refunded.
In order to meet a quick delivery time (within reason) Graveney Gin has the right to use any delivery courier.
ORDERS FOR COLLECTION
Graveney Gin has the option for you to collect orders in person from the bar, Tooting Market, Graveney Gin, Unit 22a, 21-23 Tooting High Street, London, SW17 0SN. When your order is ready for collection, we will email the address you supplied when you placed the order online. Orders will be held for a 2-week period from the date you receive confirmation that its ready. If you have selected this option, our bars opening hours apply. In exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to vary these without notice, but we aren’t like that and try our best to be open. Up until the 2-week period we will do our best to attempt to contact you our of courtesy and have the right to reuse, refund or destroy your purchase products without liability.
USA AND REST OF THE WORLD DELIVERIES
We are unable to currently dispatch spirits to these destinations but take each request separately. Do get in touch for your gin requirements at email@example.com
You may cancel your order prior to the item(s) being dispatched. Please contact Graveney Gin in order to confirm it has been cancelled and next steps. You are responsible for the collection costs and safe return of the cancelled goods to our head office.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If a breakage occurs before delivery, we will offer a replacement or a credit on the return of the broken item. Breakages must be notified by email and phone within three working days. The broken goods are to be returned within a further 7 days from notification.
