Grove Fever: Rosemary & Thyme Gin

Grove Fever gin is inspired by St. George's Hospital and our NHS family who join us at our Tooting Market bar. The people who work and study at this hospital are at the heart of Tooting. This recipe is handcrafted, created in our nano distillery with total love and care, to make something truly tasty and unique.

Serving: Folks that know me have heard I'm not pretentious with tonics and garnishes but the way I enjoy this gin is with a slice of orange and a sprig of thyme or rosemary. Serve with a great light Indian Tonic and make it a double.

Botanicals include Juniper, rosemary, thyme, nutmeg, devils claw, Angelica & Orris root.

Charity: 10% of the profits go to the paediatrics department at St. George's hospital in Tooting.
